MXP4 : Warner Music Interested ?

I was recently approached by Warner Music Group, New York as they were interested in discussing my findings and more about my MXP4 experience. Am I to believe that Warner might want to turn their whole catalogue into this new amazing interactive format called MXP4 ?

Time will tell. In the meantime, I thought I would share some of our correspondence with you.

I was wondering if you enjoyed working in the MXP4 Creator, if you found it difficult or easy to manoeuver in the program, and whether or not it truly gives you that much more power to display the range of your creativity.

Margaux :
The MXP4 Creator is very easy to use for it is superbly designed and very user friendly. The results of my work are instant and it has indeed given me a lot of creative scope. It stimulates my creativity, makes me think differently and enables me to explore different musical avenues.

Now, I am able to portray a whole concept together with a story, add different moods, create ambiance within my music opposed to a single idea in a song, which otherwise may have become static.

By adding text and pictures, I can now turn my music into an exciting visual and listening experience! The listener can now become more involved by flicking through the different skins or by merely leaving the MXP4 player on auto-shuffle. I love the surprising effect of the MXP4 and its presentation is superb.

Secondly, I was wondering whether you feel that your listeners have been thrilled by the chance to listen to interactive versions of your songs, or if you believe that they still prefer to stick to the previous and standard versions of your recordings.

Margaux :
Based on the response I have received so far, the reaction has been extremely favourable and most positive.

Ever since I have uploaded the MXP4 of 'The World Needs A New Hero', the average time on my site has increased 3 folds. As an independent artist, this is a huge difference for me particularly when you consider that I have not even started a marketing campaign to promote my new album. This tells me that the MXP4 captivates people.

I think people are not really pre-occupied with the different formats whether they should stick with the MP3 or CD's - they are different formats anyway.

Streaming seems to be the new trend.

I have found that an increasing number of people are listening to music by way of streaming on the Internet and the MXP4 technology is spot on for this latest consumer trend.

I particular like the fact that people are returning to my site specifically to listen to a different mix of my available MXP4.
